Jharkhand TET Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who are Indian citizens are only eligible to apply for Jharkhand TET 2025.
- Age: The expected minimum age for candidates is 18 years.
- Educational Qualification:
- Paper I (Primary Teacher: Classes 1-5)Completed 12th grade (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and held a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Students who pass 12th with at least 45% marks and have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), as per NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) guidelines.
- Scored at least 50% in 12th and completed a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Passed 12th with 50% marks and earned a 2-year Diploma in Special Education.
- Graduated with at least 50% marks and completed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Paper II (Upper Primary Teacher: Classes 6-8)
- Graduated (B.A, B.Sc, or B.Com) with at least 50% marks and completed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Students Graduated with at least 45% marks and earned a B.Ed degree, following NCTE norms.
- Passed 12th with at least 50% marks and completed a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Passed 12th with 50% marks and obtained a 4-year B.A.Ed, B.Sc.Ed, B.A.B.Ed, or B.Sc.B.Ed degree.
- Students Graduated with 50% marks and along with that completed a 1-year B.Ed.
- Paper I (Primary Teacher: Classes 1-5)Completed 12th grade (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and held a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
